If you are using vsts-npm-auth library for authentication with username/password and want to logout, you need to:

• Remove token/credentials from .npmrc
• Remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VSCommon\14.0\ClientServices\TokenStorage\VisualStudio\VssApp
